At the beginning of the workshop we will ask everyone to mute their microphones during the demonstration.  This just makes it easier for everyone to hear, and to focus on the process.  Even though your microphone is muted you can still type questions into the transcript panel and we will answer them as part of our demonstration.  At the conclusion of the demonstration we will open to floor to all questions, so if you have any queries relating to your particular situation please feel free to ask.  The format is designed to ensure you feel confident at beginning your own preserving story, so we will ensure that all your questions are answered.
